Challenged by Notre Dame Food Services to reimagine their catering brand, Marketing Communications created a multidimensional campaign that introduced the community to a sophisticated and refined University Catering.
The University Catering rebrand relied heavily upon a new website, and the Multimedia team created the visual assets necessary to the experience. They demonstrated the art of food preparation and presentation by creating video and photography that captures the client's unique culinary touch.
The University Catering website needed to capture the essence of the rebranding efforts, while attending to the practical, informational needs of the user. With that in mind, the design and visuals spoke to culinary excellence, while the simplified navigation helped the user with their immediate practical concerns (such as planning an event, booking a venue, or contacting a sales agent.) Marketing Communications writers supported the visuals with writing that supported key messaging.
At the heart of any brand is its identity. With the renaming of University Catering, a new logo was created to give a visual presence to the reimagined Catering operation. This new identity reflected the high degree of excellence expected in all areas of the Notre Dame experience. Delivery truck designs, marketing collateral, key messaging, and branding elements were defined to complete the rebrand.
